A Nigerian man, Collins Emerie Akamigbo, has sparked debate online after sharing a list of jobs he believes are unsuitable for married women.
According to Akamigbo, women in marriage should avoid careers that frequently require them to spend nights away from home or travel outside their state for work.
He also listed working in real estate, particularly roles that involve dealing with wealthy male clients, among jobs he believes married women should reconsider.
Additionally, he argued that owning or working at a bar is not an ideal occupation for a married woman.
His comments have since generated discussion online, with social media users expressing different opinions about career choices, trust and boundaries within marriage.
