Nigerian ‘lesbian’ cries out for ‘justice ‘ after her girlfriend’s father allegedly forced her to end their relationship and marry a man he chose for her

A Nigerian student has cried out for justice after alleging that her girlfriend’s father forced his daughter to end their relationship and marry a man he reportedly chose for her.

In a video shared online, the student claimed that her girlfriend was kept in the house for eight days before her father arranged for her to marry his friend’s son.

She questioned why parents would force their children into marriages with people they do not want to be with.

According to her, while parents have the right to guide their children, they should not force them into marriages against their wishes.

She also argued that forcing someone into a marriage where they are unhappy could lead to emotional distress and problems within the union.

The student called on Nigerians to speak up against what she described as the alleged forced marriage, adding that her girlfriend should have been allowed to make her own decision about who she wants to marry.
