Transfer: French club Stade Reims snap up Nigerian youngster

French Ligue 2 club, Stade Reims have announced the signing of Nigerian youngster, Godwin Itotomi, DAILY POST reports.
Itotomi joined Les rouges et blancs on loan from Nigerian academy Grassrunners FC with an option to buy.
The centre-back will start with the club’s youth team from where he is expected to graduate to the first team.
The 18-year-old was offered a contract by Stade Reims after a successful trial period.
Itotomi participated in matches against Paris Saint-Germain and Eintracht Frankfurt.
The convincing performances earned him a place in the reserve squad.
