₦400m mansion gift to peller is ‘small money’ — King Ochacho

Real estate entrepreneur, King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, popularly called Jarvis, as a modest gesture.

Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, shortly after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos, Ochacho said the property was a relatively small gift compared to what he hopes to offer in the future.

According to him, the decision to present the mansion was driven by Peller’s character and generosity.

He noted that giving has always attracted greater blessings and expressed confidence that the gift would be the least valuable one he would ever present to the content creator.

Ochacho further hinted “at plans for even bigger gifts in the future, suggesting that the mansion would be remembered as only the beginning of his support for Peller”.

The mansion was officially presented at Peller and Jarvis’ wedding, where Ochacho disclosed that the property is located in Abuja and valued at ₦400 million.

The announcement generated excitement among guests and quickly gained traction on social media.

The gift is said to be a fulfilment of a pledge Ochacho previously made to Peller during a social event, where he promised to support the TikTok star’s wedding.
