BBNaija 11: You are the Gambit, Big Brother tells Aikou

Big Brother has officially informed Aikou that he is one of the Gambits in Big Brother Naija Season 11.

Big Brother directed him to keep his identity hidden from the other housemates.

The announcement was made during Aikou’s diary session on Wednesday, where Big Brother explained the responsibilities attached to the role and stressed that it must remain confidential.

“Aikou, you are the Gambit. From this moment on, your identity as the Gambit must remain a secret,” Big Brother told him.

Aikou appeared visibly surprised by the disclosure but accepted the assignment without hesitation before leaving the diary room.

The development follows Sunday’s live eviction show, when host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced that viewers had selected Aikou and Flora as the two Gambits for the season.

Although the audience has been aware of the twist since the announcement, Wednesday’s diary session marked the first time Aikou was formally informed of his role by Big Brother.

As Gambits, Aikou and Flora are no longer in contention for the show’s ₦160 million grand prize.

Instead, they will remain in the house as Big Brother’s undercover operatives, carrying out confidential assignments designed to influence activities and dynamics among the housemates.

With Aikou now fully briefed on his mission and warned to conceal his identity, attention is expected to shift to how successfully he executes his tasks without raising suspicion inside the house.
