A heartbroken man has sparked reactions online after accusing his newly posted nurse girlfriend of abandoning their relationship despite the sacrifices he claims he made to support her journey.
According to the man, he paid her nursing school fees from Level 100, provided financial assistance throughout her studies, helped secure her posting, bought her a motorcycle reportedly worth GH₵20,000, rented a two-room apartment for her, and even purchased an iPhone for her.
In a circulating video, the man is seen holding a bottle of schnapps while standing near a tree he described as a deity in his hometown.
He demanded that the woman refund everything he claims to have spent on her, including money allegedly paid to help her secure employment, before he would forgive her.
The emotional video has generated mixed reactions, with some sympathising with the man’s heartbreak while others questioned whether financial support in a relationship should be treated as a debt after a breakup.
