Benue Court Remands Woman Over Alleged Trafficking of 13 Girls

A Chief Magistrate’s Court in Makurdi has ordered remand of Christiana Tengu Tsavkaha at Yaikyor prisons on allegations of human tr@fficking.
She was charged with conspiracy and human tr@fficking.
The court adjourned the matter to October 29, 2026, for further mention.
The suspect, also known as Christiana Angle, was arrested following an extended search.
According to statements from victims, she allegedly tr@fficked 13 girls to Ghana for pr0stitution.
The case was remanded following confirmation by a Benue activist on social media on August 11, 2026.
