A groom at the Kano State mass wedding reveals that he had added another wife to his family.
Speaking during the mass wedding ceremony, the man said he already had three wives before adding another.
“I just added another wife; I have three already,” he said.
The development comes as Kano State hosted a mass wedding involving 1,500 couples.
Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf said his administration committed over N1.5 billion to the 2026 mass wedding as part of efforts to fulfil his campaign promise and support the newly married couples.
