Reality TB star, Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son KJ indicted on seven charges in sexual assault case

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, has reportedly been indicted by a grand jury in Georgia over allegations of sexual assault.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the teenager was indicted on seven charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment.

The charges stem from allegations involving a victim under the age of 16 on April 23.

KJ was arrested in August after a female classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her at a fitness centre in Alpharetta, Georgia.

He has denied the allegations through his lawyer, who maintains that the teenager is “100% innocent.”

His mother, Zolciak, has also described the allegations against her son as “reckless and deeply troubling.”
