Boxing star Adrien Broner sued for s3xual battery and assault

Former world boxing champion Adrien Broner is facing a lawsuit accusing him of s3xual battery, ass@ult and other claims.
According to the lawsuit, filed by a woman identified as Havana Saint, the alleged incidents began after Broner invited her and her friends to an after-party on June 2, 2026, where she claims he encouraged her to drink heavily. Saint said she became too intoxicated to drive home and accepted Broner’s offer to stay at the house where the gathering took place.
In the lawsuit, she alleged that Broner pressured her into engaging in s3xual acts, including intercourse, oral s3x and a hand job. She also claimed he exposed himself and grabbed her hand in an attempt to force her to participate. Saint said she repeatedly refused his advances. “No.” She also claimed she made it clear she was not interested in men and preferred women.
According to the lawsuit, she returned to the house the following day, June 3, where Broner allegedly expressed anger that they had not been intimate the previous night. She alleged that Broner attempted to drag her upstairs, which she said she refused. Saint acknowledged that she laughed during parts of the encounter but claimed it was a way of masking her fear and discomfort.
The lawsuit further alleged that on June 8, she encountered Broner again at a livestream content house in Los Angeles County. After becoming intoxicated, she claimed Broner physically pulled or dragged her from the property and pressured her to accompany him to his home in Encino.
Once there, Saint alleged that Broner again pressured her to have s3x, but she declined. She said she and her friends stayed overnight, and the following morning Broner allegedly poured ice water on her during a livestream, causing her humiliation and emotional distress.
Saint maintained that she and Broner never had s3x but alleged he later made comments during a livestream implying otherwise, including claiming she had “made him c**.” The lawsuit also accuses another streamer, Nurideen Shabazz, also known as DeenTheGreat, of making defamatory statements by claiming she had slept with multiple people at the livestream house.
Saint is suing Broner for alleged s3xual battery and ass@ult. She is also suing Broner and Shabazz for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, while streaming platform Kick is named in the lawsuit on allegations of negligence. Broner has not publicly responded to the allegations.
