Ifelodun community congratulates Adeleke, hails Yeye Dupe

The people of Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo, Osogbo have congratulated Senator Ademola Adeleke on his re-election as the governor of Osun State and also hailed his sister, Eye Dupe Adeleke.

The congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed by Chairman of Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo Osogbo, Pastor Abimbola Okeyinka, and Secretary, Maruf Usamotu.

The statement was issued and made available to newsmen by the Public Relations Officer of the Community, Dr. Atoyebi Olumuyiwa. 

The people of Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo, Osogbo noted with pride that Governor Adeleke secured victory in all the polling units within Ifelodun Community, saying the result reflected the community’s appreciation of his administration and its commitment to the welfare and development of the people.

The community also expressed its profound appreciation to Yeye Dupe Adeleke, the governor’s sister, for her generous donation towards the purchase of accessories needed for the community’s transformer. 

The gesture, according to the people of Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo, Osogbo, has demonstrated her concern for the development and wellbeing of the people.

While congratulating Governor Adeleke and wishing him a successful second term in office, the Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo, Osogbo appealed to him to reciprocate the support of the people of Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo, Osogbo by urgently addressing some of the community’s infrastructural challenges.

In particular, the Ifelodun Community, Agunbelewo, Osogbo appealed to the Governor to tar and rehabilitate the major road in the community and complement the project with the installation of solar-powered streetlights.

The people said the improvement of the road and provision of solar streetlights would enhance transportation, improve security, stimulate economic activities, and contribute significantly to the overall development of the area.

The community assured Governor Adeleke of its continued support and cooperation, while expressing confidence that his administration would give favourable consideration to the requests.
