Transfer: Nwaiwu eager to stay at Trabzonspor

Chibuike Nwaiwu is not looking to leave Trabzonspor this summer amid the uncertainty surrounding his future at the club, DAILY POST reports.
Nwaiwu has been consistently linked with a move to Premier League club Fulham following an impressive campaign with Trabzonspor.
Sky Bet Championship club West Ham United are also reportedly interested in the Nigeria international.
Nwaiwu however said his desire is to remain with Trabzonspor beyond this summer.
“I have an ongoing contract with Trabzonspor, so I need to go back and continue my path with my club,” the 22-year-old told a Turkish television channel in quotes revealed by Footy-Africa.
The 22-year-old joined Trabzonspor from Austrian club Wolfsberger AC in January.
The centre-back scored three goals, and registered one assist in 16 league appearances for the Black Sea Storm.
